Opening Ceremonies T-Shirts
Opening Ceremonies T-Shirts will be distributed on the Concourse level of the BJCC Arena. Please remember that you must have a valid Opening Ceremonies T-Shirt ticket to get your Opening Ceremonies t-shirt. Your t-shirt ticket will either come with your registration confirmation packet in the mail or you will need to get yours from your coach.
Where Do I Pick My Shirt Up and What Time?
As part of our 'Under One Roof' campaign, t-shirt distribution will be in the BJCC Arena starting at 3:00 pm on Friday, June 24, 2011. The distribution area will stay open until 6:15 pm and it will be located on the Concourse Level of the Arena. Remember that it tends to get very busy around the final hour and a half so plan accordingly and be ready with your t-shirt ticket in hand.
Individual Sports
For individual sports, yours will come in the mail in your confirmation packet. It will be attached to the bottom of your confirmation. Carefully tear it off and bring it with you to the t-shirt distribution area on the Concourse Level of the BJCC Arena.
Team Sports
For all team sports, your coach will receive ALL t-shirt tickets for his or her entire team. It is the coaches' responsibility then to make sure that all players on the team receive their ticket. The tickets will be printed and included in the coaches confirmation packet. Contact your coach ahead of time to either get your ticket from him or plan a meeting point and time to get the tickets. Many coaches bring their entire team to the t-shirt distribution area together.
